असदेव मनोराज्यं कर्तुं शक्तं यथा मनः ॥ २२ ॥

Just as the mind is capable of creating a mental kingdom that is entirely non-existent, so too, imagination (kalpanā) is conceived by a delusion (moha) that arises in an instant.
