योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-49, verse-9

अरूपत्वात्तथैकत्वान्नित्यत्वादयमीश्वरः ।
वशं भावविकाराणां न कदाचन गच्छति ॥ ९ ॥
arūpatvāttathaikatvānnityatvādayamīśvaraḥ ,
vaśaṃ bhāvavikārāṇāṃ na kadācana gacchati 9
9. arūpatvāt tathā ekatvāt nityatvāt ayam īśvaraḥ
vaśam bhāvavikārāṇām na kadācana gacchati
9. ayam īśvaraḥ arūpatvāt tathā ekatvāt nityatvāt
bhāvavikārāṇām vaśam kadācana na gacchati
9. Due to its formlessness, its singular nature, and its eternality, this Lord (īśvara) never succumbs to the various transformations of being (bhāvavikāra).
