योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-37, verse-23

नियतिर्नित्यमुद्वेगवर्जिताऽपरिमार्जिता ।
एषा नृत्यति वै नृत्यं जगज्जालकनाटकम् ॥ २३ ॥
niyatirnityamudvegavarjitā'parimārjitā ,
eṣā nṛtyati vai nṛtyaṃ jagajjālakanāṭakam 23
23. niyatiḥ nityam udvega-varjitā aparimārjitā
eṣā nṛtyati vai nṛtyam jagajjālaka-nāṭakam

23. This intrinsic nature (niyati) is perpetually free from agitation and untainted. Indeed, it performs the dance, which is the grand drama of the entire cosmic web.
