आमहारुद्रपर्यन्तमिदमित्थमिति स्थितेः ।

22. From Mahārudra down to a blade of grass, and from the pulsation of Brahmā down to the specific way things are established, intrinsic nature (niyati) is understood to operate by (immutable) law.
