योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-24, verse-20

इडा च पिङ्गला चास्य देहस्य मुनिनायक ।
सुस्थिते कोमले मध्ये पार्श्वकोष्ठे निमीलिते ॥ २० ॥
