योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-23, verse-7

तेन संकल्पितो मन्त्री सर्वसन्मन्त्रणोन्मुखः ।
अघटं घटयत्याशु घटं विघटयत्यलम् ॥ ७ ॥

tena saṃkalpito mantrī sarvasanmantraṇonmukhaḥ ,
aghaṭaṃ ghaṭayatyāśu ghaṭaṃ vighaṭayatyalam 7

7. tena saṅkalpitaḥ mantrī sarvasanmantraṇa-unmukhaḥ
aghatam ghaṭayati āśu ghaṭam vighaṭayati alam

7. tena sarvasanmantraṇa-unmukhaḥ mantrī saṅkalpitaḥ
aghatam āśu ghaṭayati ghaṭam alam vighaṭayati

7. By that king, a minister is appointed who is always ready for all good counsel. He swiftly makes the impossible happen and completely undoes the possible.
