योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-23, verse-28

तस्मादनन्तसिद्ध्यर्थं शाश्वताय सुखाय च ।
तज्जये यत्नमातिष्ठ कष्टयापि हि चेष्टया ॥ २८ ॥
tasmādanantasiddhyarthaṃ śāśvatāya sukhāya ca ,
tajjaye yatnamātiṣṭha kaṣṭayāpi hi ceṣṭayā 28
28. tasmāt anantasiddhyartham śāśvatāya sukhāya ca
tat jaye yatnam ātiṣṭha kaṣṭayā api hi ceṣṭayā
28. tasmāt anantasiddhyartham ca śāśvatāya sukhāya tat jaye kaṣṭayā api hi ceṣṭayā yatnam ātiṣṭha.
28. Therefore, for the sake of infinite accomplishment and for eternal happiness, exert effort to conquer that (foe/quality), even through strenuous endeavor.
