योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-23, verse-23

तस्यैव तत्प्रभोः काले जेतुं तं मन्त्रिणं निजम् ।
इच्छा संजायते तेन जीयतेऽसावयत्नतः ॥ २३ ॥

23. It is precisely in the time of that very lord (prabhu) that a desire arises in him to conquer his own minister. By him, that (minister) is effortlessly defeated.
