तूष्णीमथ क्षणं स्थित्वा जनको जनजीवितम् ।
पुनः संचिन्तयामास मनसा शमशालिना ॥ २० ॥

20. Then, having remained silent for a moment, Janaka again reflected deeply on the life of people, with a mind (manas) endowed with tranquility.
