प्रतीहारपतावित्थमुक्तवत्यथ पार्थिवः ।
तथैव चिन्तयामास चित्रां संसारसंस्थितिम् ॥ १० ॥

10. After the doorkeeper had spoken thus, the king then reflected in the same way upon the strange state of existence (saṃsāra).
