योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-10, verse-15

दशासु स्वासु यास्वेव संभ्रमं चित्त पश्यसि ।
ताभ्य एवाभिरचितं परमं दुःखमेष्यसि ॥ १५ ॥

daśāsu svāsu yāsveva saṃbhramaṃ citta paśyasi ,
tābhya evābhiracitaṃ paramaṃ duḥkhameṣyasi 15

tābhyaḥ eva abhira-citam paramam duḥkham eṣyasi

15. O mind, in whatever states (daśā) you perceive agitation (saṃbhrama), from those very states you will obtain supreme misery, which is elaborately created.
