योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-61, verse-24

अनुत्कीर्णा यथा पङ्के पुत्रिका चाथ दारुणि ।
यथा वर्णा मषीकल्के तथा सर्गाः स्थिताः परे ॥ २४ ॥

24. Just as a figure (putrikā) is uncarved in mud (paṅka) and also in wood (dāruṇa), and as colors (varṇāḥ) exist unpainted in a cake of ink (maṣī-kalka), so too, the creations (sargāḥ) are situated in the Supreme (para).

24. כפי שדמות שטרם פוסלה חבויה בחימר או בעץ, וכפי שאותיות ומילים חבויות בגוש הדיו, כך העולמות שוכנים פוטנציאלית במציאות העליונה.
