Just as a figure (putrikā) is uncarved in mud (paṅka) and also in wood (dāruṇa), and as colors (varṇāḥ) exist unpainted in a cake of ink (maṣī-kalka), so too, the creations (sargāḥ) are situated in the Supreme (para).
