वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-96, verse-24

एवमेव शतं छिन्नं शिरसां तुल्यवर्चसाम् ।
न चैव रावणस्यान्तो दृश्यते जीवितक्षये ॥२४॥
24. evameva śataṃ chinnaṃ śirasāṃ tulyavarcasām ,
na caiva rāvaṇasyānto dṛśyate jīvitakṣaye.

na ca eva rāvaṇasya antaḥ dṛśyate jīvitakṣaye
