वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-66, verse-12

बलैः समग्रैर्यदि मां हत्वा रावणमाहवे ।
विजयी स्वां पुरीं रामो नयेत्तत् स्याद् यशस्करम् ॥१२॥
12. balaiḥ samagrairyadi māṃ hatvā rāvaṇamāhave ,
vijayī svāṃ purīṃ rāmo nayettat syād yaśaskaram.
12. balaiḥ samagraiḥ yadi mām hatvā rāvaṇam āhave |
vijayī svām purīm rāmaḥ nayet tat syāt yaśaskaram
12. If Rāma, having killed Rāvaṇa in battle with all his forces, were to victoriously bring me (Sītā) back to his own city, that would indeed be glorious.
