मम चासावतीवेष्टा प्राणेभ्योऽपि महामुने ।
सा च मां प्रति दुः शीला ब्रूहि यत्कारणं द्विज ॥२५॥

25. mama cāsāvatīveṣṭā prāṇebhyo'pi mahāmune .

O great sage, she is exceedingly dear to me, even more than my own life. Yet, she is ill-natured towards me. O Brahmin, please tell me the reason for this.
