मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-65, verse-25

तस्य धर्मक्रियाहानिरहन्यहनि जायते ।
सक्तोऽन्यभार्यया चान्यकामासक्तः सदैव सः ॥२५॥
25. tasya dharmakriyāhānirahanyahani jāyate .
sakto'nyabhāryayā cānyakāmāsaktaḥ sadaiva saḥ.
25. tasya dharma-kriyā-hāniḥ ahani ahani jāyate saktaḥ
anya-bhāryayā ca anya-kāma-āsaktaḥ sadā eva saḥ
25. The loss of his righteous (dharma) activities occurs day by day for him who is attached to another man's wife and always devoted to other desires.
