यजमाना द्विजाः केचित्केचित्तेषां तु याजकाः ॥३०॥

Among the twice-born (dvijanman), there was not a single assembly member (sadasya) present. Some of these twice-born (dvija) became the sacrificers (yajamāna), while others became the officiating priests.
