मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-120, verse-11

तैः समेत्य महीपालैः स तु पुत्रो महीभृतः ।
युयुधे धर्मयुद्धेन तेन तं नातिकोपितः ॥११॥
11. taiḥ sametya mahīpālaiḥ sa tu putro mahībhṛtaḥ .
yuyudhe dharmayuddhena tena taṃ nātikopitaḥ.

yuyudhe dharmayuddhena tena tam na atikopitaḥ
11. Having united with those kings, that son of the king (mahībhṛt) fought a righteous battle (dharma), and he was not excessively angered by him (the opponent).
