मार्कण्डेय उवाच ।
ततस्तामाह भगवान्भास्करो वारितस्करः ।
प्रणतामदितिं विप्र प्रसादसुमुखो विभुः ॥८॥

tatastāmāha bhagavānbhāskaro vāritaskaraḥ .

Mārkaṇḍeya said: O Brahmin, thereafter, the venerable Sun (bhāskara), the water-thief, the mighty Lord whose face was gracious, then spoke to Aditi, who had bowed down.
