महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-19, verse-25

निपात्यमाने तु तदा गजेन्द्रे हाहाकृते तव पुत्रस्य सैन्ये ।
स शाल्वराजस्य शिनिप्रवीरो जहार भल्लेन शिरः शितेन ॥२५॥
25. nipātyamāne tu tadā gajendre; hāhākṛte tava putrasya sainye ,
sa śālvarājasya śinipravīro; jahāra bhallena śiraḥ śitena.

25. When that great elephant (gajendra) was being felled, and a cry of distress arose in your son's army, that foremost warrior of the Śinis (Sātyaki) severed the head of King Śālva with a sharp spear.
