महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-99, verse-6

ते तु तं रथवंशेन महता पर्यवारयन् ।
स्थिरां कृत्वा मतिं युद्धे भूत्वा संशप्तका मिथः ॥६॥

6. te tu taṁ rathavaṁśena mahatā paryavārayan ,
sthirāṁ kṛtvā matiṁ yuddhe bhūtvā saṁśaptakā mithaḥ.

6. te tu tam rathavaṃśena mahatā paryavārayan sthirām
kṛtvā matim yuddhe bhūtvā saṃśaptakāḥ mithaḥ

6. te mithaḥ saṃśaptakāḥ bhūtvā yuddhe matim sthirām
kṛtvā tam mahatā rathavaṃśena paryavārayan

6. Having mutually become sworn fighters (saṃśaptakāḥ) and with their resolve (mati) firm in battle, they surrounded him with a great multitude of chariots.
