महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-160, verse-1

संजय उवाच ।
दुर्योधनस्य तद्वाक्यं निशम्य भरतर्षभः ।
नेत्राभ्यामतिताम्राभ्यां कैतव्यं समुदैक्षत ॥१॥
1. saṁjaya uvāca ,
duryodhanasya tadvākyaṁ niśamya bharatarṣabhaḥ ,
netrābhyāmatitāmrābhyāṁ kaitavyaṁ samudaikṣata.
1. sañjaya uvāca duryodhanasya tat vākyam niśamya bharatarṣabhaḥ
netrābhyām ati tāmrābhyām kaitavyam samudaikṣata
1. sañjaya uvāca bharatarṣabhaḥ duryodhanasya tat vākyam

1. Sañjaya said, "Having heard those words of Duryodhana, the best among the Bharatas (Dhṛtarāṣṭra), with eyes exceedingly red, surveyed the deception."
