महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-29, verse-6

तस्मिंश्च निहते राजन्हीनदर्पो निराश्रयः ।
भविष्यति निरुत्साहो विराट इति मे मतिः ॥६॥
6. tasmiṁśca nihate rājanhīnadarpo nirāśrayaḥ ,
bhaviṣyati nirutsāho virāṭa iti me matiḥ.
6. tasmin ca nihate rājan hīnadarpaḥ nirāśrayaḥ
bhaviṣyati nirutsāhaḥ virāṭ iti me matiḥ
6. And when he is killed, O king, Virata will become humbled, helpless, and devoid of enthusiasm. This is my conviction.
