महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-29, verse-4

असकृन्मत्स्यराज्ञा मे राष्ट्रं बाधितमोजसा ।
प्रणेता कीचकश्चास्य बलवानभवत्पुरा ॥४॥
4. asakṛnmatsyarājñā me rāṣṭraṁ bādhitamojasā ,
praṇetā kīcakaścāsya balavānabhavatpurā.

praṇetā kīcakaḥ ca asya balavān abhavat purā
