महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-97, verse-7

ततो वायुः प्रादुरभूदगस्त्यस्य महात्मनः ।
इल्वलश्च विषण्णोऽभूद्दृष्ट्वा जीर्णं महासुरम् ॥७॥
7. tato vāyuḥ prādurabhūdagastyasya mahātmanaḥ ,
ilvalaśca viṣaṇṇo'bhūddṛṣṭvā jīrṇaṁ mahāsuram.
7. tataḥ vāyuḥ prādurabhūt agastyasya mahātmanaḥ |
ilvalaḥ ca viṣaṇṇaḥ abhūt dṛṣṭvā jīrṇam mahāsuram
7. Then, wind manifested from the great-souled (mahātman) Agastya. And Ilvala became dejected upon seeing the great demon (Vātāpi) consumed.
