महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-97, verse-24

तस्य पुत्रोऽभवदृषेः स तेजस्वी महानृषिः ।
स बाल एव तेजस्वी पितुस्तस्य निवेशने ।
इध्मानां भारमाजह्रे इध्मवाहस्ततोऽभवत् ॥२४॥
24. tasya putro'bhavadṛṣeḥ sa tejasvī mahānṛṣiḥ ,
sa bāla eva tejasvī pitustasya niveśane ,
idhmānāṁ bhāramājahre idhmavāhastato'bhavat.
24. tasya putraḥ abhavat ṛṣeḥ sa tejasvī
mahān ṛṣiḥ sa bālaḥ eva tejasvī
pituḥ tasya niveśane idhmānām bhāram
ājahre idhmavāhaḥ tataḥ abhavat
24. A son was born to that sage (ṛṣi), and he himself became a brilliant and great sage (ṛṣi). While still a boy, this brilliant one brought loads of firewood to his father's dwelling, and from that, he became known as Idhmavāha (the firewood carrier).
