It is there where Indra, the thousand-eyed husband of Śacī, attained perfection (siddhi) by performing a sacrifice. It is also there where the eternal lord of beings, Śiva, of fierce splendor, having created all worlds, is worshipped, surrounded by thousands of elemental beings.
