वक्तव्याश्चापि राजानः सर्वैः सह सुहृज्जनैः ।
युधिष्ठिरस्याश्वमेधो भवद्भिरनुभूयताम् ॥२३॥

23. And the kings, along with all their well-wishers, should be informed: 'You all should experience Yudhishthira's Aśvamedha (Vedic ritual).'
