महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-52, verse-24

श्रुत्वा त्वमेतदध्यात्मं मुञ्चेथाः शापमद्य वै ।
न च मां तपसाल्पेन शक्तोऽभिभवितुं पुमान् ॥२४॥
24. śrutvā tvametadadhyātmaṁ muñcethāḥ śāpamadya vai ,
na ca māṁ tapasālpena śakto'bhibhavituṁ pumān.
24. śrutvā tvam etat adhyātmam muñcethāḥ śāpam adya vai
na ca mām tapasā alpena śaktaḥ abhibhavitum pumān
24. Having heard this spiritual (adhyātma) teaching, you should certainly withdraw your curse today. For no man is capable of overcoming me with meager austerity (tapas).
