महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-32, verse-33

तस्मात्त्वमपि कौन्तेय पितृदेवद्विजातिथीन् ।
सम्यक्पूजय येन त्वं गतिमिष्टामवाप्स्यसि ॥३३॥
33. tasmāttvamapi kaunteya pitṛdevadvijātithīn ,
samyakpūjaya yena tvaṁ gatimiṣṭāmavāpsyasi.
33. tasmāt tvam api kaunteya pitṛdevadvijātithīn
samyak pūjaya yena tvam gatim iṣṭām avāpsyasi
33. “Therefore, you too, O son of Kunti, should properly honor your parents, the deities (devas), the twice-born (dvijas), and guests. By this means, you will attain your desired destination.”
