महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-32, verse-28

नित्यं शमपरा ये च तथा ये चानसूयकाः ।
नित्यं स्वाध्यायिनो ये च दुर्गाण्यतितरन्ति ते ॥२८॥
