युधिष्ठिर उवाच ।
किमिदं परमाश्चर्यं ध्यायस्यमितविक्रम ।
कच्चिल्लोकत्रयस्यास्य स्वस्ति लोकपरायण ॥१॥

1. Yudhiṣṭhira said: "O You of immeasurable prowess, O refuge of the worlds, what is this supreme wonder that you are absorbed in (dhyāna)? I hope all is well with these three worlds."
