महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-3, verse-13

अष्टपादं तीक्ष्णदंष्ट्रं सूचीभिरिव संवृतम् ।
रोमभिः संनिरुद्धाङ्गमलर्कं नाम नामतः ॥१३॥
13. aṣṭapādaṁ tīkṣṇadaṁṣṭraṁ sūcībhiriva saṁvṛtam ,
romabhiḥ saṁniruddhāṅgamalarkaṁ nāma nāmataḥ.
