महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-186, verse-7

नार्द्रपाणिः समुत्तिष्ठेन्नार्द्रपादः स्वपेन्निशि ।
देवर्षिनारदप्रोक्तमेतदाचारलक्षणम् ॥७॥
