पुण्यापुण्यैस्तथा गन्धैर्धूपैश्च विविधैरपि ।
अरोगाः पुष्पिताः सन्ति तस्माज्जिघ्रन्ति पादपाः ॥१४॥

14. puṇyāpuṇyaistathā gandhairdhūpaiśca vividhairapi ,
arogāḥ puṣpitāḥ santi tasmājjighranti pādapāḥ.

14. Through pleasant and unpleasant (puṇyāpuṇya) fragrances, as well as various incenses, they become healthy and bloom. Therefore, plants (pādapāḥ) smell.
