महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-101, verse-6

तेषु लीनेष्वथो शीघ्रं ततस्तद्रक्षिणां बलम् ।
आजगाम ततोऽपश्यंस्तमृषिं तस्करानुगाः ॥६॥

6. Then, while they (the thieves) were hidden, the force of those guarding it (the stolen goods) quickly arrived from there. Thereupon, those pursuing the thieves saw that sage.
