धर्म उवाच ।
पतंगकानां पुच्छेषु त्वयेषीका प्रवेशिता ।
कर्मणस्तस्य ते प्राप्तं फलमेतत्तपोधन ॥२४॥

pataṁgakānāṁ puccheṣu tvayeṣīkā praveśitā ,
karmaṇastasya te prāptaṁ phalametattapodhana.

karmaṇaḥ tasya te prāptam phalam etat tapodhana

24. Dharma (dharma) said: "You inserted blades of grass into the tails of moths. As a consequence of that action (karma), O ascetic (tapas), you have received this result."
