योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-85, verse-6

अमूर्तो मूर्तमाकाशे शब्दाडम्बरमानिलः ।
यथा स्पन्दस्तनोत्येवं शिवेच्छा कुरुते जगत् ॥ ६ ॥

amūrto mūrtamākāśe śabdāḍambaramānilaḥ ,
yathā spandastanotyevaṃ śivecchā kurute jagat 6

6. Just as the formless wind (anila) produces a perceptible manifestation of sound in space (ākāśa) and a vibration expands, so too does the will (icchā) of Śiva create the world.

6. כפי שהרוח חסרת הצורה בוראת צורה ושאון צלילים במרחב באמצעות רטט, כך רצונו של שִׁיוָוה בורא את העולם.
