अमूर्तो मूर्तमाकाशे शब्दाडम्बरमानिलः ।
यथा स्पन्दस्तनोत्येवं शिवेच्छा कुरुते जगत् ॥ ६ ॥

Just as the formless wind (anila) produces a perceptible manifestation of sound in space (ākāśa) and a vibration expands, so too does the will (icchā) of Śiva create the world.
