तज्ज्ञानां द्रष्टृदृश्यांशदृष्टौ न हि पतन्ति ते ॥ १३ ॥

A certain unprecedented and truly complete fullness (pūrṇatā), resembling a perfectly full ocean, exists. Those who possess this knowledge (jñāna) certainly do not perceive the dualistic aspects of perceiver and perceived.
