योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-188, verse-16

स्वतश्चितिघनोऽचित्त्वाच्चिद्भानमिदमात्मनः ।
आतिवाहिकदेहाभं क्रमेणानेन चेतति ॥ १६ ॥
