अनाकारमपि स्फारं चित्तं जगदिदं विदुः ।
य एव पवनो नाम स एव स्पन्द्नं यथा ॥ ७ ॥

People understand this mind (citta), though it is formless, to be this vast world itself. Just as what is called "wind" (pavana) is essentially its pulsation (spandana), so too is the mind.
