मन्त्री वदिष्यति ।
न किंचन महाबुद्धे तदस्तीह जगत्त्रये ।
यदनुद्वेगिना नाम पौरुषेण न लभ्यते ॥ २८ ॥

na kiṃcana mahābuddhe tadastīha jagattraye ,

The Minister will speak: 'O great-minded one, there is nothing at all in these three worlds that cannot be achieved by undeterred human effort (pauruṣa).'
