योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-90, verse-24

समग्राग्र्यगुणाधारमपि सत्त्वं प्रलीयते ।
विदेहमुक्ते विमले पदे परमपावने ॥ २४ ॥

24. Even `sattva`, the repository of all excellent qualities, dissolves in that pure, supremely sanctifying state of bodiless liberation (mokṣa).
