इति गुणबहुलाभिर्वाग्भिरभ्यर्चितोऽसौ हरिरसुरविनाशः श्रीनिषण्णांसदेशः ।
जलद इव मयूरं प्रीतिमान्प्रीयमाणं कुवलयदलनीलः प्रत्युवाचासुरेन्द्रम् ॥ २७ ॥

Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: Thus, Hari, who was praised with many words rich in virtues, the destroyer of demons, whose shoulder was graced by Śrī (Lakṣmī), and who was dark-blue like a blue lotus petal, then, being pleased himself, replied to the delighted lord of demons (Prahlāda), just as a cloud responds to a peacock.
