योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-27, verse-23

प्रत्यक्चेतनरूपाय स्वरूपाय नमोऽस्तु ते ।
चितये चेत्यमुक्ताय युक्त्या युक्ताय योग्यया ॥ २३ ॥
