योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-4, chapter-8, verse-29

विविधजन्मदशां विविधाशयः समनुभूय शरीरपरम्पराः ।
सुखमतिष्ठदसौ भृगुनन्दनो वरनदीसुतटे दृढवृक्षवत् ॥ २९ ॥

29. asau bhṛgu-nandanaḥ vividhāśayaḥ,
vividha-janma-daśām śarīra-paramparāḥ ca sam-anubhūya,
vara-nadī-su-taṭe dṛḍha-vṛkṣavat sukham atiṣṭhat.
29. Having thoroughly experienced various states of existence and successive embodiments, that son of Bhṛgu, having various dispositions, remained happily on the beautiful bank of the excellent river, like a firm tree.
