योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-4, chapter-17, verse-21

चिरमेकदृढाभ्यासाच्छुद्धिर्भवति चेतसः ।
अनाक्रान्तस्य संकल्पैः प्रतिभोदेति चेतसः ॥ २१ ॥

21. For a long time, from consistent, firm practice (abhyāsa), purity arises for the mind (cetas). For the mind that is unassailed by volitions (saṃkalpa), direct insight (pratibhā) appears.

21. מתוך אימון ממושך ונחוש מושגת טהרת החשיבה. כאשר החשיבה אינה מופרעת על ידי מחשבות ודמיונות, עולה בה התובנה הטהורה.
