इयं प्रथममुत्पन्ना सा तनुर्ब्रह्मणः पदात् ।
शुद्धा जातिर्भार्गवस्य नान्यजन्मकलङ्किता ॥ २ ॥

Shri Vasishtha said: This body was first produced from the state of brahman (brahman). The lineage of Bhargava (Shukra) was pure, not tainted by the impurity of another birth (saṃsāra).
