मलिनं हि मनोऽवीर्यं न मिथः श्लेषमर्हति ।

29. Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: "Indeed, a defiled and weak mind (manas) does not manage to merge with others. But a heated piece of iron, when placed in pure, well-heated iron, merges into it."
