बहुशो विहिते तस्मिन्मया राक्षसनायकाः ।

Even after that ritual (yajña) had been performed many times by me, the leaders of the rākṣasas (rākṣasanāyakāḥ) sprinkled the earth with flesh and blood during the sacred ritual (yajña).
